Hey there, @Chorn1Player. I'm just checking in.

When you say you can't access Canasta, is the game not loading for you?

Let's give a few things a try here to see if it improves loading for you.

Please give it a few minutes to load for the first time. This narrows down if it is just slow to load, or is outright failing to load.
If it continues to not load, please try our HTML5 troubleshooting. These steps are built out specifically for loading issues like the one you describe, and have helped many people.
If you try the troubleshooting and still are not able to get into Canasta, can you share your browser information from the Pogo Compatibility Tool, as well as your DxDiag? If you can attach it as a file to a post, I'd love to take a look.

@EA_Arrenai It loads but can not play. The load is off balance and not in the proper place to play

@scorm2IW @Which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one than you normally use? I played this morning using Chrome and had no issues.

Have you tried any other browsers?
I'm not really sure if I understand your issue. Are the buttons and wording not lining up? I read a post on the Pogo forum about this, someone posted the same issue and they were able to play using Firefox.

Yes not lining up! I will not go back to Firefox. It was working fine until about a month ago.

If you’re not willing to try another browser then all I can suggest is checking to see if your Chrome is up to date a, clear your cache and restart your computer. Maybe a Pogo employee will see this and post more suggestions.

I had Firefox and it did not work. I have Chrome and it works very well. It worked for all POGO games till about 6 weeks ago. I restart my computer every night. POGO needs to address this.
