Re: Issues with Poppit

Sorry it took so long to get back to you - I did not know how to check for your response. Either way, we have tried restarting, deleting cookies, different browsers, and our device meets the requirements. We still cannot get Poppit to work - all the other games work fine, it is just this game. We are using a HP Pavillion Desktop 590-P0054 with Windows 11. We have tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I cannot take a screenshot of an error because no error comes up. When I try to take a video, it will not let me attach - says "Unsupported extension type." I tried sending to my email and downloading to the computer to attach, and I've tried doing this whole response on my iPhone and taking a video directly from the "choose file", "take video" option, and each time it won't let me attach the video - "unsupported extension type." I am unsure what else to do... I have clicked on "Subscribe to replies" so I will be sure to get your reply this time!
