Can't play Pogo games-only black screens

All of a sudden, I can't play Pogo--only on occasion does a game break through, but it is mostly a black screen or is stuck in loading.  I wondered if it was because of the Windows 10 thing, but I didn't receive any warnings from Pogo about that.  This is ;highly frustrating as I am paying for something I cannot use, I can't work on my Badges and now the thing I use to de-stress is gone .  Anyone else having this problem?  What's going on Pogo?  Am I going to have to cancel a subscription that I've had for over 10 years?
