Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

   

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

 

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

  • Hi, thanks for replying so quickly!! I have already tried everything but Incognito, just tried it and it worked until moved the 7th piece, then got the same thing, freezes, then black screen. I tried to refresh, but got a blue screen. Signed out, signed back in and went back to same puzzle I was playing, all I get is a blue screen.

    Hi @Poondercat  To confirm is the blue screen in your browser or for your entire PC? Would it be possible to get a video clip of this? 

    Also looking over your Dxdiag, can you check for updates to your intel graphics drivers and check if your power options are set to Balanced or Performance over power saving.
