presently in new challenge that requires four cards. tokens supbstracted but even on two card wins not being added.  give us a break already

I am going through the same thing no coins or tokens registered and taking forever to earn badges.

Lucky Cat Bingo is NOT working as of 11/19/2024.  The T tokens are not being given and even the tutorial is not working.

Yes I have played now 12 games and my tokens are not being added so I can play the 4 game board to play my other challenges . I hope you can resolve this soon so I can complete my challenges I have

Hi there. I am not getting my lucky cat tokens or gold cat counts. I've played the free token rewards only, no credit. I've played the single line using tokens to play, and win gold cats and tokens, and was not credited. I've refreshed the game and it still does not give me credit. Hope to have a solution. Thank you. Bee n playing the free round of Bingo to get a badge but my winning tokens are not showing up at all seems my token aqmount is stuck on 19

when playing Lucky Cat bingo it is not registering the tokens I win. Yesterday the would add to my balance and today they are not. Please fix the game so I can do the badges. thank you

Will we be reimbursed for the tokens that was substracted from our total?  Thank you for looking into the issue. 

I'm having issues, maybe I just don't understand. I have played both free and the first one to the right where I "pay" 500 to play. I have been successful and come in 1st or 2nd some but it seems there are not T tokens adding in, just subtracted the 500. What am I doing wrong? It's been this was all day today and I have played at least 15 times on the free and 2-3 on the paid.

Ditto, not earning tokens, but it subtracts tokens as I play. No error messages. Playing on Android.thx much.

Yes, I just played 2 games and got 3 bingos. When Bingos reach 0, the game freezes and does not reward the points or Bingos. I played earlier today and all was good. But now it is broken.  There have been a ton of technical issues with Pogo in the last few weeks. What is going on?

Same question. I just noticed that in addition to no tokens being awarded during the free game, my cat coins had been deducted even though I could only play the free game. Will we be reimbursed?  On top of that, the game freezes following the last bingo called making participation in the game an exercise in futility.

Come on we pay good money for Pogo and there is always some problem with the games.  You offer games and then we can't even play them.  When will Lucky Bingo be fixed
