I haven't been able to play merge in weeks its stuck on the wall wanting me to click on something that isn't there it's ridiculous. No place here to reach and get any help fixing it but they have no problem taking our money.

I can see by your location you are at the very beginning of Merge Academy. What is about to be unveiled is a vending machine that will give you a free item daily - however when it unveils it is a bit of a production with a lot of graphics.
At times some devices handle graphics differently and need a bit of checking or updating, would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to help resolve this issue.
