It looks like every couple of months there are multiple reports of Merge Academy not saving progress. Now it has happened to me, and sounds like people have been experiencing this issue for a couple of weeks, and no action or solution or even acknowledgement from Pogo has appeared. This is unacceptable, you should not be in the gaming business if you don't care whether your games are playable.
It doesn't matter which browser or device I use - on my phone, on my laptop, in Safari, in Edge, in Chrome - it doesn't save, period. Not the main game, not the treasure trove, not the sticker packs, not collecting freebies from the generator - none of it works. It was all fine until some point this morning, since I was able to collect some of the generators, but before I was able to collect all of them.
same here today they shouldnt have let the game even start .... I have lost coins AGAIN same in s;ugar rush , i have tried the same 3 browsers nothing works
I agree they should fix the games that we complain about .... Merge worked a few hours today i assumed it was fixed but its not!!!
