Re: MONOPOLY SUDOKU CANNOT MOVE TO next city points balance of 2,099,999,999

I am in city #14 with total points of 2,134,372,889 and you only need to reach 2,000,000,000 and you should be able to fly off and go to next game being #15.  Why do I always have this problem in this particular game every time when you should be able to go.  What can be done on your end.
