Recieves email about yearly subscription being paid at email address I had to use below
Told to Log into EA account
enter info for current EA account I'm already logged into

Hey there, @speignerific. Thanks for the update.
It's been a while since many of these instances popped up. It came up fairly often during the Pogo Account Upgrades that occurred a year ago, however not so much recently so the advisors you spoke with may not have dealt with those personally.
Just to confirm, these are the windows you're seeing pop up, correct? https://blog.pogo.com/standardflow/
If so, you can reference that in your chat or Twitter/Facebook DM and that can help them get a feel for what's going on.
An alternative would be to use a different email than the one you used prior, as then it would not have a conflict, but it would let you access your main account.
