Sign in Problem

Recieves email about yearly subscription being paid at email address I had to use below

Told to Log into EA account 

enter info for current EA account I'm already logged into

Please enter a new screen name to complete your account.

    Hey there, @speignerific. Thanks for the update.

    It's been a while since many of these instances popped up. It came up fairly often during the Pogo Account Upgrades that occurred a year ago, however not so much recently so the advisors you spoke with may not have dealt with those personally.

    Just to confirm, these are the windows you're seeing pop up, correct? https://blog.pogo.com/standardflow/

    If so, you can reference that in your chat or Twitter/Facebook DM and that can help them get a feel for what's going on.

    An alternative would be to use a different email than the one you used prior, as then it would not have a conflict, but it would let you access your main account.

    Hey there, @speignerific.

    That certainly sounds frustrating. It's possible that you may have more than one Pogo screenname or may have just created a new account during the login process.

    Please try contacting EA Help and our Game Advisors can help you straighten out the account situation for you and get you and your badges, Pogis and gems reunited.

    To contact EA Help:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com
    • Click "Contact Us"
    • Select Pogo from the game list
    • Select PC or Mac
    • Select Manage my account > Can't log in
    • Click Select contact option

  • You will absolutely laugh at this. I spent an hour online talking to tech support and sure enough they couldn't figure it out and then their system had a failure and they told me to try again in a few days

    I dont have anything but a q uestion. Peggle blast is a pain, I have been stuck  on game 175 for over a year. Is there any way to by pass it so I can countinue a normal game.   sandav1946
