Re: not getting credit for games played on pogo daily sudoku

I have played past and present medium level games on Pogo Daily Sudoku and still not getting the green dot next to the B or any credit.  This is the last challenge left for me to do for the badge mar...

    Hey there, @twrd496. 

    I know you tried this before, but it has helped a lot of people with the recent challenge. Let's try again with deactivating the challenge.

    Can you activate another Mix n' Match badge for the game? A different Mix n' Match challenge than the one you selected before. You don't have to play any of it, just make sure that the challenge shows up under the B shield to show that the new Mix n' Match is active. After that, try activating the marathon badge again from the badge marathon page.

Hey there, @twrd496.

As the thread you replied to was several months old, I broke off your post into a new thread to be worked out.

If you're not getting any credit towards your challenge, please try activating another Mix n' Match badge for the game to deactivate the marathon challenge. This will reset the challenge. After that, reactivate the marathon challenge and try the Medium level puzzles again (or Hard if it's a puzzle before March 2020).

Thank you for your response. I activated the Winter challenge from Feb. and played one game on medium level. The game credited me for the win. I then went to reactivate the game on the Badge marathon but it didn't say to deactivate the Winter challenge. It only took me to the game and showed that I was still playing that and not the Winter Challenge. This is so frustrating as I have completed the other 19 challenges.

    While I know it didn't give the option to deactivate this time around, if you try the challenge now, does it give you any progress updates?

      I have got no badges activated on Pogo Daily Suduko and I am still not getting any credit for the challenge.

        Hey there, @twrd496.

        In order to get credit towards a challenge, you'll need to activate it first. Can you try to reactivate it and then check the B-shield for updates?
