Re: Pogo Daily sudoku won't load properly

I remember with the overlay issue we saw that the game may have been loading while it looked like it should be ready to play, Can you try going through the following steps, then give the game a few extra seconds to load to see if this continues?

   

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    I have tried restarting the computer, clearing caches, trying different browsers.  The game Pogo Daily Sudoku is stuck with my sign-on.  Can EA fix this?  I was able to play the game as a guest with ads galore.  I tried with my sign-on again - stuck.  I cannot click on the numbers and the time clock is frozen.  I am on an Acer laptop.  Tried Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.  The simple restart and clear computer does not work.  Is there another way?  The game is part of the 18-game challenge.  I cannot play any other games until this one is completed and it is stuck.

    @songwave I am having same issue with Pogo Daily Sudoku not loading the daily prize puzzle with the extra stars. Started just about a week and a half ago.
