This could mean a few things... It could have something to do with the investigate or your computer. Anytime you see a game or website acting strange - exit the site, clean your device, check for updates and reboot.
Update Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
Windows 10 users will need to research online "The End of Windows 10 in 2025" and how this may affect them now and in the future.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.
Close Background Programs: Other programs running in the background can use up resources needed by the game. Not all games on Pogo are created the same or by the same developer, some require more resources than others.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
Update your Ethernet Cable: Updating this cable improves both speed and performance. This will help ensure you are getting top speed from your provider.
