Can you let me know if you have third-party cookies enabled, Do Not Track not enabled, and that you don't have your browser set to delete cookies on exit? Also, which browser do you use to play Pogo? It would help a lot.

Please make sure you have third-party cookies fully enabled. There are multiple cookies required for Pogo, including other EA website cookies that may not be under pogo.com that do affect your Pogo gameplay and sign-in.
