When the leaderboards refreshed on June 17th I was kicked from division 5 to division 1. Not happy at all. I have been on pogo 22 years and I am about done. Apparently a bug and no fix. Has this happened to anyone else? It will not let me claim my winning rewards either. It says there has been an error try again for two days now. Pretty sure I will not get help with that either. :( I am getting too old for do-overs.
Yes, Same thing happened to me.. I was kicked from division 4 to 1 also and was unable to “claim” my rewards.

Most of this is copy of reply to other player. I was told in chat that this is the way it does and nothing we can do about it. I guess everyone started over. I think I received my rewards , but not 100% sure of that. I still get the pop up to claim the rewards every time I go to play poker.

Me too division 7 to bottom and can't collect the Getaway either
