Hey there, @JulieFrein. Let's see if we can track this down.
First, we'll start with some troubleshooting. Please try the following:
- Clear your browser cache. If old data is keeping you from being able to make the purchase, this will clear it out.
- Try another browser. Sometimes where one browser fails, another one succeeds. You should be able to try another browser for the purchase to see if it works.
If that doesn't work out for you after doing both, can you take a screenshot of the error? I'll be happy to take a look.
