Sometimes a robot will jump in but not always. AND if I am on the winning side, score never increases with robot. This is a frustration of this game. Nothing is predictable and you never know what will happen next. Are your people trying to get these issues fixed? I never get an answer on the progress being made to correct all of its problems. Thank you.

The Pogo team is investigating the issue, but I don't have an update on that just yet. They did recommend finishing the game with robots to ensure you don't lose points in the meantime. As soon as I have an update regarding the rating situation, I'll post it here. Alternatively, please keep an eye on the Pogo Insider Blog as a lot of the game updates and improvements are listed there, too.
