Any members that play Scrabble regularly, and I mean daily, should be given a refund on their membership fees. This game has had so many problems, issues, glitches, it’s hard to keep count! However, there NEVER seems to be a problem notifying me that my membership is due, or taking my credit card!
As I indicated before, if there is ever another gaming site that offers Scrabble, I will be cancelling my Pogo membership immediately. It is absolutely appalling that you continue to take money for a “service”, if we can call it that - that is so incredibly inefficient. And why don’t you send out a blanket message to all gamers that you are aware of the problem(s) and are attempting to fix it?!?!? This at least would give people some hope that the problem might be solved!
