Hello! Theoretically Solitaire Home Story is a free game on Pogo and other platforms. Also, this game is owned and created by a company called Softgames. The game itself is available for free to all users, however powerups are not free.
From my understanding this game got its start on Facebook and has an Official Solitaire Home Story Group. You may want to explore the possibility of obtaining guidance with Level 1136 here.
