Cows appear on Medium and Hard. Check your browser's settings and make sure your browser is NOT blocking third party cookies. Some browsers work better than others, people reported on the POGO forums that they can't see them using Edge but they show up in Firefox. I have never had an issue using Chrome.

Why can't I get brown cows to show up in the challenges? This is frustrating. People in chat say use different levels, they do not show up in any levels. What can I do?
which browser are you using? Have you tried a different one than you normally use to see if it works? Also you need to make sure your browser is not blocking 3rd party cookies.

While in the game you'll need to switch your difficulty level to medium or higher, you'll see it on the right hand side above your rank in the game.

Hey, what's going on with Stack 'em? I'm trying to do the latest badge needing 1400 cows removed and on all levels it's the same animals as the game begins with on Easy level. Look at the screen print for hard - no cows, no dogs. I kept playing and none appear on any level. Glitch, anyone?
- @Moogan1201 Moogan, you are a genius. I never had this problem before but did switch browsers to Chrome from Edge and lo and behold I can see cows and dogs again on different levels. I've never had this problem on Edge before. It never mattered before whether third-party cookies were selected and I'm not unselecting them for Chrome. Wow. Learn something every day! 🙂
- @Illium Hey, Illium, I was the first post to notice this yesterday yet it appears my post got edited and tucked under everyone else's. Funny that. I don't need the credit, but Moogan is correct, the problem corrects itself when one uses Chrome - for me at least. Can you confirm that third party cookie settings are the case and if so that this problem will be addressed by the technical team at EA? Cookies of any kind never mattered before and it shouldn't matter the setting in order to properly play this game. If it does now this sounds oddly suspicious.
- @HartGradLx Try Chrome. Moogan is right, I switched from Edge to Chrome for purposes of checking the veracity of Moogan's claim and it works for me now. I wasn't seeing any cows or dogs even on hard level on Chrome.
