Regarding Story Quest, it would probably be a good idea to contact them directly, therefore you can share the exact chapter and episode you are having an issue with.

How to use EA Help

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
3. Select the See all help topics
4. Select the option I want to report a bug in my game (3rd row 10th down)
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email instantly.

Solitaire Home Story - they are aware of loading issues and are looking into it.
