Merge Academy Missing Generators

I don't have Generators I need in Merge Academy.  I'm stuck in the game and moving forward, I won't be able to complete challenges.  I need this fixed please as soon as possible.  I have five customers that don't have the generator I need and one needs two different generators that I need but don't have.  This same situation keeps popping up over and over again.
