I bought a power up while playing Tile Hero, but "something went wrong". I had over 1300 coins & purchased the 3 scramble power ups for 700. Then, "something went wrong", although it showed I had 3 to use. So I used one, then, "something went wrong". It didn't scramble the tiles, it "uncredited" the power ups I'd bought, & it kept my coins.
Please credit me either my coins or my power ups.
Same here. This has happened several times, just now again in the last 15 minutes, when I used credits to buy boosters and get an error message to the effect that something "went wrong" and the game couldn't connect or sync with player data, something like that -- I refreshed and lost the boosters and the coins I used to buy them but the error message was gone, so I can't repeat it here. This has happened to me at least twice, possibly more, but the first time I just blew it off. Today I'm reporting it.
