Re: Tile Hero Lives Not Regenerating - July/August 2026

Tile Hero has been messed up for DAYS.  I have seen numerous people report the issue of having no lives upon opening the game.  Why has this not been fixed yet?  I've tried refreshing the page, signing out and back in, switching browsers, different computers/devices and reporting to EA.  The AI "assistant" (the world's most annoying invention) keeps sending me to the self serve section when I try to open a ticket to look into the issue.  I just keep going in circles.  Can anyone at Pogo please fix this issue?  Since there is an active challenge that requires Tile Hero can we just assume that we are SOL?
