I get the same run around when I contact POGO about Scrabble. No help at all.

From your experience, what do you think the POGO team will do about this issue? This is totally unfair the way this system is presently set up. Thank you.

I'm not able to speculate, but rest assured that they are listening, especially on issues like this. Any changes or tweaks may also take time as it would affect multiple table games, require discussion, coding, testing, and the like.
