We can walk through the troubleshooting in this thread if that's fine. There's a few different steps in there, such as closing and reopening your browser, clearing your cache, and checking your system specs. Is there a specific header or two that you're having trouble with?

Why is it not considered a forfeit when someone leaves the game before completion? I played three games today and just towards the end, the opponent left the game; left me hanging.  I am being penalized because I choose to stay in the game and not be a quitter. Why isn't there some way to penalize these quitters? This goes on day after day along with all the other glitches in this game. You folks have offered me assistance to try to work out the problems.  Please tell me how you can help me work this out?  Thank you.

I'm not able to speculate, but rest assured that they are listening, especially on issues like this. Any changes or tweaks may also take time as it would affect multiple table games, require discussion, coding, testing, and the like.

When do you expect to get the glitches in Scrabble straightened out?  I just tried to play two games; the first one the "play" button froze, therefore I had to pass. This happened two times. Very frustrating!!!  The second game, the "losing" player left game before completion and a new player stepped in. When this happens, the letters are scrambled all over the board and one cannot play. Sometimes, it gives the option to "start a new game." Why are we not afforded that option each time a "loser" leaves before game is finished. One never knows what to expect from this game. It has so many idiotic things going wrong while this player is just looking for relaxation and a nice game ~~ not frustration. I have written you before and nothing has improved. Do you plan to improve this game so it is enjoyable. The "old" Scrabble was so much more enjoyable and did not have these horrible glitches. HELP ~~ when is someone going to HELP and get this fixed. I would like to hear from other players that are having the same issues.  The folks here that answer me want me to think it is something in my system ~~ not in theirs. They seem to have a hard time admitting Scrabble has numerous problems. Thank you.

Hello, okay it happened again. Playing a game, "loser" leaves. I sit and wait for 5 minutes to see what Scrabble is going to do; finally it closes up due to inactivity.  Please get this straightened out so we can enjoy the game.  So unpredictable, one never know whether to wait it out or leave.  I guess LEAVE comes to mind first. Frustrating!!

When someone leaves in the middle of the game, do you have the option presented to finish the game with Robots? If so, give that a try; it should limit the loss of rating points on your side.

Sometimes a robot will jump in but not always. AND if I am on the winning side, score never increases with robot.  This is a frustration of this game. Nothing is predictable and you never know what will happen next. Are your people trying to get these issues fixed? I never get an answer on the progress being made to correct all of its problems. Thank you.

The Pogo team is investigating the issue, but I don't have an update on that just yet. They did recommend finishing the game with robots to ensure you don't lose points in the meantime. As soon as I have an update regarding the rating situation, I'll post it here. Alternatively, please keep an eye on the Pogo Insider Blog as a lot of the game updates and improvements are listed there, too.
