Re: what happened to the game Pogo Scrabble??

I totally hear you!  I want the older scrabble back too - it worked so much better.  Right now - for the past several games - the important pop-up windows have the text all OUT of Line !  makes it really difficult to play.  We really need to get this fixed!   I am paying for this - and it really sucks - !  all of these seemingly never-ending ERRORS!   EA Pogo needs to scrap this version - and give us one that actually WORKS - like the older version!!!    What can we do?  How to we contact managers of sorts?  There has got to be a customer service phone # somehow....

I agree, the letters move and wont stay in place there is no contact with other players, this new version is a mess Im looking elsewhere on line for a place to play like we used to any ideas/

all i can play is robots can even get people iv tried it all no help

The scrabble problems continue, letters freeze and you have to restart, they often disappear from the board but you can't use the blank spaces because there is an invisible letter there.  you can fix it by reloading but it sometimes happens several times in a game
