Redeemed EA gift card won't work on Pogo. Instructions in email for Walmart Gift Card says redeem at www.ea.com/redeem, which I did. Then you go to Pogo to try to use EA Wallet
credits and there is no option to use EA Wallet, only credit card or PayPal. This is serious misrepresentation of your gift cards - nowhere does it state they have to be redeemed within Pogo Account itself. I have $35.00 in my EA Wallet that I cannot use and have been told by your customer service that a refund is not possible. Very unhappy customer here!
