renew annual subscription

cancelled subscription in error-want to renew and cannot change in my account etc. Please help!

    Hey there, @PeonyRosaOD. I'm just checking in. Are you still having trouble with your subscription?

    If so, at this point, I would recommend reaching out to EA Help and one of our game advisors can work one on one with you on the next steps.

    To contact EA Help:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com
    • Click "Contact Us"
    • Select Pogo from the game list
    • Select PC or Mac
    • Select Manage my account > Manage subscriptions
    • Click Select contact option

    If you would prefer to reach out on social media instead:

    I'll be happy to help you get back into Club Pogo. While I can't get into specifics, as we can't discuss your private payment information over the publicly viewable forums, I can certainly do what I can. When you try to renew your subscription, do you get an error message?

  • I want to cancel my subscription because I don't want you to automatically take money fro my acxcout when my subscription runs out.  I want to choose if I want to renew, which I usually do.

  • Getting help from EA is impossible.

    My Pogo subscription auto renewed for 45.19 instead of 39.99 USD.

    EA Chat (only option available when you select contact options) say that they aren't responsible for payments - this is their response:

    I would like to tell you that we do not manage price of games, so, we are unable to help you related to prices of the game.

    I'd like to know who can help and get my money difference back.  After 20 years as a member it's the first time I tried auto renewal, now I know why I never have before.

    There's no one who wants to help.

    Ridiculous.
