I was playing the new event in Bejeweled Stars, Felis Feastworld. I'd gotten to level 15, the final level, when I got the screen: "We're sorry, your progress can not be saved Please try again" for the 3rd time. Up until that 3rd time, my progress had been saved despite the message. But after reloading the page this time, I was shocked to find I had lost ALL progress. I was taken from level 15 clear back to level 1 as if I'd never begun the event. I reported this to EA Help & was told there was nothing they could do for me. I was also told that they had rec'd no reports of this issue. How can it be looked into if no one is reporting it? There are 6 threads at this time in the Pogo Forums that have posts regarding the loss of progress. I sure hope someone is able to find a solution for this..

I did too. I didn't see your post before I posted mine. I wish I had. I'm not happy at all I had completed all the levels with 3 stars and was on the last one and it erased everything. There are several reports in the pogo forums. They need to fix this!

Pogo help desk advised me to post in this thread.
Like all of you, I have lost progress on the Felis Feastworld Event. Unfortunately,I had finished Level 15, got all the cakes and was missing 6 stars/catheads. I received the first badge, the purple “Party Saved!” badge on 3-16.21. All other progress was later lost, and I was reset to Level 1.
If enough of us complain, the pogo game team may be able to find the time to fix this bug.
Since you never know when or if the game event will restart or stop, it is best to wait and see. Good luck to us!

I was level 9 and message popped up 3rd time but this time it took me back to level one 1 I played all day and lost all my work

I was able to finally complete and get both badges. The only way I could do it was by making sure I could complete the level and have 3 stars so I wasn't replaying a level. If I knew I wasn't going to win a level then I hit the home button and got out of the game. I tested this on another family account and when I would either lose a level or replay a level to get 3 stars I was getting the errors. It's not an ideal option but I was able to complete the badge without the popup errors by just getting out of the game when I knew I wasn't going to win.

I didn't lose all my progress, but have lost some levels, and have had to repeat other levels. I am concerned about continuing to play in case I lose what I've already gotten. I haven't completed all the levels yet. I also spent some power-ups and additional lives to get the levels I did earn. Some levels I had to repeat, and others just disappeared.

I have also lost all progress. I was on level 11 and had used up quite a few coins to progress. Since I do not know if it will do this again, I see no point in starting over.

Good Afternoon,
I already reported this issue on 3/16/2021 and my Case # is 78046078. When I looked today at any progress on a fix, it said "No Fix Available." Very distressing because EA said it has received no reports on this issue and mine is right there. As it stands now, I cannot pursue 3 stars on 2 levels as my progress won't be saved. I will try to use the suggestion to exit if I know I won't achieve 3 stars until I reach level 15. I do hope this is fixed or the time is extended until it is. Thank you. as85382

I was able to complete the event after getting 3 stars on each level also. I lost them all at level 9 the first time.
Plus after using two hyper cubes at the same the viewing area became impossible to see, if I grabbed the hammer I could see to make my next move. Of course I did accidently use it once or twice. I loaded up on power ups before playing a level.
