RESOLVED: Bejeweled Stars, Felis Feastworld Event, lost ALL progress

I was playing the new event in Bejeweled Stars, Felis Feastworld.  I'd gotten to level 15, the final level, when I got the screen:  "We're sorry, your progress can not be saved  Please try again" for the 3rd time.  Up until that 3rd time, my progress had been saved despite the message.  But after reloading the page this time,  I was shocked to find I had lost ALL progress.  I was taken from level 15 clear back to level 1 as if I'd never begun the event.  I reported this to EA Help & was told there was nothing they could do for me.  I was also told that they had rec'd no reports of this issue.  How can it be looked into if no one is reporting it?  There are 6 threads at this time in the Pogo Forums that have posts regarding the loss of progress.  I sure hope someone is able to find a solution for this..

    No credit for #15........ Still have to complete #12,13,and 14, but that shouldn't effect my credit for #15..........Please fix this game!

  • @Pogo_SpikePoppit I've had the same issue & EA help were unable to do anything other than ask me to add my name to a thread if it was a known issue. I finished level 15, got 3 cats, spent coins & gems, but then everything just hung and it wouldn't move past the fast forward at the end I had issues with most of the the levels too, getting warnings that progress was lost☹️ My case number is 78426851 & I do have screenshot of the completed level.
