Hello. I am unable to load the chat in pogo HD games, despite being able to load it in regular pogo games.
I have tried to open the games in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, but to no avail. I have no ad/pop-up blocker on any of them.
I have cleared cache for both browsers, uninstalled/reinstalled/updated Java and Flash Player, enabled flash player in Microsoft Edge.
The computer is a Windows 10 PC. Also tried changing the resolution, but it did now work.
Whenever I try to open the chat in HD Pogo games, I get an error message like 'Couldn't connect to the chat. Please refresh the page and try again'. Despite refreshing the game countless times, I still am not able to log into the chat, despite being able to play the game just fine.
What can I do to be able to access the chat feature in the HD games?

At this point, all HD games will have chat available in them. Keep in mind, this is separate from the Flash games' chat.
If you're experiencing errors in the chat, there's a few things you can try:
If you have checked those settings and are still having issues, can you please post the system information results from your Pogo Compatibility Tool? I'd love to take a look.

I am still having thisi problem. I spent an hour on the phone with support a couple days ago and I still cannot get into the chats. I have done all of the above and it still doesnt work. I've tried chrome, edge, firefox, palemoon and brave browsers. This is very frustrating!!!!
I have turned of my blocking of third party cookies but I still cant load the chat.

I am now having very same issue in tri peaks, happen suddenly with same messages as you receive,,HELP
chat won't load did at first now receive message to refresh but still will not load
