Hey @overtuwVJmJk
Anti-viruses can sometimes flag our Games and site if they believe they are malicious. As long as you play from Pogo.com and do not use third-party apps or sites you should be able to click past this message.
If your AV is not allowing you to do so, then I would recommend adding an exception for Pogo.com and the games you play.
Thanks!

It will not let me click thru it and I don't know how to get the anti virus to allow play.

I don't know how to "click through it" either. If I allow an exception this time, it may just continue to effect other games and at some point my AV will be useless on POGO.

having same problem blank screen for word whomp, and other games
- 5 years ago@Sally1944Vw Go back thru here. The answer is here for how to fix the problem

I've tried excluding that url but it does not work. If it helps, the module is called project.js in the /src/23 or /23/src folder.

my Anti Virous is blocking Tri Peaks, and now I noticed First Class Solitaire also, who knows
which other games, but these two I play almost daily.
Please let me know what I can do besides locking my AV because I won't do that.
Thank you, in advance. Now lets see if I will know where to find your answer. LOL

I am having the same problem, I opened a post about this, I also play Tri Peaks and First class solitaire, also Word Whomp all the time, and they haven't worked since July 7th, I played them on July 6th with no issues. There are a few of us on my post having the same issue, and we all have eset for security. The way I see it something changed between July 6th and 7th, so what ever pogo did in that time period needs to be reversed. Here is my post, and so far no one has come in to address the issue: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Help/Tri-Peaks-Solitaire-not-loading/m-p/10497750#M8361 By the way I don't get that message from eset I just get a blank screen so there is no way to bypass the message to play the game. There is no way to add pogo to a whitelist either. I normally use Norton for my security but for work I was given eset and have to use eset, with norton I would be able to add to a whitelist.

i also am having that problem & have eset too. hope someone figures it out & let's us all know.

Same here. I contacted Technical support and they couldn't help me either. I think it's shoddy programming on their end???
- 5 years ago@EA_Illium I believe it's in all the games on Go Wild Badge
challenges. Hopefully when these will expire (in 4 days) all will
be back to normal. - 5 years ago
Hoping for a speedy repair on your end Ok I use eset as my anti virus and when the boxed popped up blocking both tri peaks and word whomp it comes up with the same application issue which is (JS/Packed.Agent.H) so I did my own investigating on the web by looking this application up It's a Trojan so someone on your staff who has worked on these few games has a Trojan on their computer and has infected those games which need to be repaired as well as looked into before the person works on more games and infects them. Thank you

I think you are right and Pogo needs to fix right away. Several in my family will cancel Pogo if this does not get fixed. Eset has always protected my computer, no way I will go around it and let Pogo infect it just to play games.

If you go to Eset Forum look under malware find and cleaning and click on topic Club Pogo and selective games blocked by eset. They given a solution on there.and I hope it will help the ones having issues with games

I have had ESET as my anti virus for years and never had a problem until this past week.
It has to be something on pogo end as the trojan doesnt appear anywhere on my computer.
I do not think it is right for me to disable my anti virus to play games you have not cleaned
up on your end. And as such this is not a value for me being able to play and is costing
me not being able to finish items I had started. I hope you will reach a solution and keep
us posted as to how you are fixing your issue with ESET protection.

I cannot make the solution you posted work and have tried the solution that was posted on eset and cant do that one either... guess i just wont renew

I find it hard to believe that games I have been playing with the same virus protection are now being blocked by my virus protection. I have been playing for a long time. With the games you have already done away with and now it's getting hard to justify spending my money on Pogo games.

I also have ESET Smart Security and it's not my job to try and figure out how to bypass my virus checker so I can play your games. If POGO & EA Sports can't fix this then I will not be renewing my membership. And I've been a member since 2004. FIX IT.

my security blocks the game and some others such as FCS, Tri Peaks, although these are games I normally play
it's been like that for a little over a week, hopefully it will be fixed soon. Please???????????

Click on Tools -Advance ( bottom right corner ) -Log Files. Go thru to find the one that says JS/Packed.Agent H..Click on the file and hit Create exclusion at the bottom. I had 32 and held down the ctrl button and clicked on each one..Then hit create exclusion button at the bottom. It worked. This is for if you should have ESET

Don't understand what Pogo are saying. Have had Eset for several years and this has only just happened when games were either daily badges or the main 48 badge challenge. Also getting alot of Pogo Server errors.
