Every day I open the game Pogo Daily Sudoku to get it unlocked for that day, and since April 19th it hasn't been working. It would show as unlocked that day, but when I open it the next day the previous day is no longer unlocked, please fix this. Yesterday I opened the game 3 times to make sure it was unlocked, and today it's no longer unlocked.
Community ManagerI use google chrome browser, screen shot attached of opening todays puzzle, I also opened the 19th - 24th but now they are locked. I opened it yesterday and played it so it stayed unlocked, but it's suppose to stay unlocked just by opening it. Everyone I have talked to on the forums is having the same issue.
Here is a screen shot from today, showing that yesterday's puzzle that I unlocked yesterday that shows in the screenshot I took yesterday, is now locked again today.
I have gone in and un locked day. Did not play cause you did not have too. Then go back and play. But now there are locked back up. What is happening?
I am having the same issue. From April to May 3. What happen I go in every day. Now do we have to play now to get. Before you could just go in and play later. Please help. I don't have the money for this either.
Is there a way to fix this. I have gone in and un locked. And now they are re locked. I don't think it is right for this game to charge. I unlock every day. Cause I have health issues and go to doctors. Had surgery this week. I was all caught us with un locking. Now there re locked May and 3rd of April. Please fix.

From what I'm hearing the team is getting closer to a fix, but that will take some additional time to implement still I'm afraid.
We're not quite there yet, but I do appreciate the continued patience, thanks all.
Thank you for keeping us updated EA Mako. I appreciate and understand that it takes time to isolate the problem and find the fix and while that's going on there's not a lot of news to tell us. So thank you for letting us know that the programmers were still hard at word to fix this issue, even though there's no definite ETR. I hope that Pogo will either unlock all the days since April 20 or give us enough keys to do so. Because it's not fair for those of us who go into the game faithfully each day to unlock that day's puzzles to expect us to buy keys to unlock days that should have already been unlocked due to our actions.
