Any Updates when this is going to be fixed.
Community ManagerWish they would fix. I don't have the money to waste on keys. When I already did it. And why do they charge for a missing day any ways? People do get ill, or hospital. This one is stupid.
Pogo (hopefully) getting this fixed is all well and good, but what about addressing the fact that these days are locked (were locked) and keys would need to be used (or have been used) to open them? Is Pogo going to address that as well?

this makes it 10 days so far this month that have been relocked not counting the 7 days that it happen in April

I often think of the old programmer's adage of "99 little bugs in the code, 99 bugs in the code. Take one down, patch it around, 127 little bugs in the code."
While that's generally used as a joke, it does highlight that things are often a lot more interconnected and making a change one place may have some unintended consequences in other areas.
In most cases it's not a matter of not knowing how to fix an issue, but more of diverting limited resources from another area to fix something and where that falls in the timeline of other projects currently being worked on as well.
In this specific case I'm afraid I don't have the visibility into what exactly caused this particular bug to speak more specifically to your original question, but I get it's been ongoing for quite a while and that's absolutely frustrating when it seems like such a simple thing.
A fix is still on the way from what I'm seeing but there's not a date I can share just yet unfortunately, thanks again for the patience everyone.
It's good to know that a fix will be coming (hopefully with all the days unlocked or an abundance of keys), As if it's not bad enough that days that were previously unlocked are being relocked, now it relocked yesterday's even though I DID COMPLETE THE DAILY CHALLENGE. So it's getting worse....
What is your suggestion about what to do in the meantime? I have no unlocked days in the entire month of May despite having gone in to the game multiple days.

It is ridiculous. What do you want to bet they won't unlock all the ones that never opened if they ever do get it fixed?
How hard would it be to immediately eliminate the need for keys - get rid of the keys! Great compensation and prevents further problems with the game.
I agree. Having each day locked is silly. I rarely play the game but I have to go in everyday just to unlock it. I would never pay a dime to unlock a day.
Its been 3 weeks now. Any updates
It's been longer than that... it started somewhere between April 20-25, so it's been 35-40 days.
I mean 3 weeks since they said they were looking into a fix. No updates. They need to get rid of the key thing. This is nuts. What if some one was really ill and in hospital. They are going to punish that one that they have to buy keys.

We do have a fix scheduled soon (hopefully within the next couple days unless there's a last minute delay), but afraid I can't be more specific until it goes out.
Once that is live, I'll let everyone here know so we can check and be sure it does the trick, thanks again.

Sorry for my tardiness in looking at responses from HQ. So, what is EA going to do to compensate us for the lost time, lost keys, lost days? So many other times I've received free powers-up when games experience glitches. I haven't noticed anything coming through from EA to address what we lost. But, here's hoping it's just a bit of an oversight and we'll see every day that was inaccessible unlocked! Be well & safe all!
Pogo Daily Sudoku has stopped saving my progress. I have played this game since it became active on Pogo. On Aug 9 2023 is the last time I was able to open and keep the date active. I went in Aug 10 2023 and opened it to keep the date active. When I went back Aug 11 2023, it was showing that I had not opened Aug 10th even though I had .. so I spent gems on a key to open the date. It took my 3 gems and then stayed locked. I checked on your forum and completed all of your recommended actions (clear cache .. tried 3 different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Edge) ..tried 2 different computers (HP and Toshiba).. reset computer .. reset modem .. new batteries in the mouse, etc..) but the game is still not working properly. From the forum, I also notice that many of your other players are having this same issue...some since May of 2023. Why hasn't Pogo/ EA fixed this issue? Please fix this issue. If you can't fix it, then why not close the game down until you have fixed it. Why are you taking players gems if this game is not working properly? Why are you having challenges in this game if not everyone can complete the challenges due to a Pogo/EA fault? Pogo, I know you can do better because if not, many people including myself will start spending our limited entertainment dollars elsewhere. I've enjoyed playing Pogo since the early 2000's. Thank You for your time.

I can open daily Sudoku but can not add numbers
One of my friends in Pogo is also having this problem. This is her favorite game and she has been playing it for a very long time, but about 5 days ago, it stopped letting her put numbers in the squares. She has tried to fix this, to no avail.
I have heard other reports of this, too. I don't have this problem myself; I am having the problem reported many places elsewhere here about Pogo not remembering progress (mine since June 28).
Please, Pogo; at least let us know you're trying to fix these things!
