Have been seeing reports within the forums (members helping members forums) regarding previously opened day not remaining unlocked. I was personally able to verify this on another 3 other accounts (none being this Mod_Kalan account, as I don't enter sudoku often here) I have access to. The previous day (April 22) WAS opened, but today was locked upon entering today, April 23.. This was also reported as happening on April 20 as well. This has happened to me, too.I go in daily to unlock that day's puzzle.Multiple days this week remain locked although I did open them on those particular days.

OK, EA. With the fix in place, the days in Pogo Daily Sudoku are staying unlocked when players make daily visits to the game, regardless of whether they play any puzzles. Thank you and well done.Now that the technical part of the issue is handled, how about making with some customer service and making arrangements for players to be able to get to those days which were affected by the bug? April 20 to June 14, if I remember the dates correctly.If you do nothing, the message you send is, "EA doesn't give a rat's rump about customer service." If you would prefer for people to get a different impression, then it would behoove you to do something about the glitch-affected days.It seems to me that the simplest solution would be to simply grant everyone enough keys to unlock all of the affected days. That would make things right for everyone, regardless of whether they used keys to unlock days before they realized it was a glitch. And as for players who played at least one puzzle a day in that time span and were fortunate enough to have the days stay unlocked, they get a bonus for their diligence. Or maybe they could be given the option to redeem the keys for gems?That last is just a thought; I figure that would be more complicated. But simply granting enough to keys to unlock the affected days would square things up for everyone. More than that, it would be the right thing to do and would give EA a chance to come off as attentive service providers rather than uncaring techies.Please and thank you!

This issue is not resolved. What has been done to make up for days having been re-locked due to the glitch? C'mon, EA, let's see some customer service here! Thank you.

Are they trying to reproduce the issue to see if it is actually happening? Did they find the issue and trying to find a remedy? Either way, day by day, the game is not working as intended and seems to now be sitting at (possibly) 16 keys that would be owed to players as the days would relocked due to no fault of the player.Is it a matter of reproducing the issue, because to me, it seems players are able to reproduce it almost daily and as a mod in the members helping members forums, we do tend to get looked at for answers and yet even we don't have any (while we are affected as well). All the players want is the game returned to how it was working BEFORE the update which caused days to not remain unlocked as long as the game was entered on that day and a reimbursement of lost keys for unlocking days that they should not have been required to use to do so.

Have you made any provision for unlocking days that were affected by the bug? Or for reimbursing users for keys that they used to unlock days before they knew of the bug. If the answer to either of these questions is "no", then the matter is NOT closed and you have no business marking this issue as resolved.

Thank you for all the reports. This is an issue the developers have identified and they're currently investigating.

I use google chrome browser, screen shot attached of opening todays puzzle, I also opened the 19th - 24th but now they are locked. I opened it yesterday and played it so it stayed unlocked, but it's suppose to stay unlocked just by opening it. Everyone I have talked to on the forums is having the same issue.

I too am seeing this issue... I missed the April 20, so I am personally not counting that day, however, the April 21, 22, 23 and 25 were locked (the 24th I played as it was a daily))...

Is this going to be fixed??? Are we going to be reimbursed for our keys that were used????

I have two accounts, one was affected on the 20th and 21st, then I just played one of the 'day games' to keep it unlocked, 2nd account was ok until the 25th, so today played a 'day game' and hopefully both accounts will stay unlocked. I hope pogo lets us know when it is fixed and compensates us by giving some free keys, enough to unlock those days that were locked by a glitch in the update of the game. Nothing is perfect.

I played the 24th and 26th so no issue for me there, but the 25th still also remains locked even though I did enter that day.
This is (just like Pogo Bowl) getting ridiculous Pogo!!!!!

Here is a screen shot from today, showing that yesterday's puzzle that I unlocked yesterday that shows in the screenshot I took yesterday, is now locked again today.
