Scrabble games freezing

Anyone else having issues with scrabble freezing.? It’s not only ANNOYING!! but as paid members we shouldn’t have to deal with these problems!! These issues need to be fixed immediately !

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Yes I've been having the exact same issue and it seems to be getting worse every day. I've tried all of the standard fixes with no success, its obviously something they have to address, hopefully in a timely manner.

Scrabble freezes up for me too. It takes a while for Scrabble to accept a word. So annoying!! It's been like this for about 2 weeks now. Please fix it!!

constantly freezing. ie.... page isnt responding. played on here for years without too much problems. now, not so much. and scrabble isnt the only game. word womp also
