i want to thank you for your help. i have put a request every other day to email you repeating the title. it is not easy because i place it in a conversation room for experts but the messages get lost quickly. in explanation it is in the game 'scrabble pro'. as the game proceeds and the loser becomes obvious, they will wait until the last play or two and seeing that they lost they will forfeit the game. what appears on the screen then is '....has forfeited" and just below that a window pops up "ok" and so the winner clicks ok thinking they will get credit, but nothing happens, the ok does not respond. in the case where both players complete the game pogo will add a victory to the winner as it should be. all other scrabble games reflect wins, plays, etc, all the personal stats which is good. i love scrabble, the pro mostly, and thing i can ask is that one of the monitors actually play scrabble pro and it wont take long before he/she will experience the problem. thank you very much

my scrabble game freezes when my opponent surrenders early, I have to leave and restart the game to get out of the frozen match.
as a result, I lose all points for that match.
also, if I leave a match early, there is no freezing of the screen/game -- only when the opponent leaves early.
anyone have a solution?
