scrabble pro allows loser to forfeit and winner gets no credit

it makes me happy that you are trying to work with me on this.  i had hoped by now there be other players  (expert chat room) who would have emailed you.  i know there is one other who is trying to get the people to stop complaining about each walkoff amd send you the email.  as to the questions you suggested that i send in, they are a little over my head.  i can tell you that i have a new Dell XPS8940.  i play the pogo pro game now on Edge browser with windows 11.  i have also played a lot on Chrome browser and had the same problem.  it is such a good, fun game and it is a shame that hostility is being built instead of building friendships.   thanks again for your help
