scrabble pro

on the scrabble pro game, people are forfeiting but i get no credit for the win. a window opens for me to "OK" but clicking on the ok does not work

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

I have the fastest wifi . I use a brand new kindle fire 10. All other pogo games work except scrabble. Over the years I've had lots of problems with this game. I'm thinking about just closing my account because this problem keeps happening.
