Signing into Pogo

Lately when trying to sign into Pogo I havent been able to ...

I get this message when I do:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to cdn-h5sdk.pogo.com.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

    Thanks for the additional information, if we are running into an issue signing in we generally would want to try and troubleshoot the issue. 

    If you do get a free moment try going through the following:

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know: 

    • Screenname:
    • Device Make/Model:
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

  • @jetmyx Just for giggles, did you try cleaning your cashe, use a different browser or another device to try to sign into Pogo?

    I clear cache everyday & run scans 3 times a week. And quite frankly its not a gigling matter when Pogo inundate us with Marathons every week then prevent us from signing in!

    I only use 1 browser and only have 1 device, so its only happening on the 1 device I have!

    Can we also try the following if you have not so far?

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

    Thanks for yr suggestion but if I cant sign into Pogo then its a moot point.

    I wont use chrome cos Pogo games jump all over the place. and edge are worse than google if that's at all possible.

    As I said it doesnt happen every time just some times, its happened about 3 times in 4 months.
