Smoke still displaying in Solitaire Home story

Not certain when but many levels back there was a fire which caused smoke and it was put out through my playing. However, here I am on level 1111 and the smoke still displays on the first screen, "Ar...

Today I was in area 3 chapter 90, almost level 3000 and pogo reset my game all the way back to level 1. I lost everything and I can't reach pogo help. Been trying to for hours. I was maxed out on gameplay until they add more chapters and I am beyond livid over this!!!!!
