Snowbird Solitaire Halloween Decorations Gone

During the Halloween Bash Event -- a Snowbird Solitaire In-Game Event -- you had to win several Snowbird Solitaire levels to unlock the Halloween Decoration items, that were then present for a limited time on the Holiday tab in Supplies to be purchased.

Also, as part of the Halloween Bash Event, you had to purchase Halloween Decorations to earn the Halloween Bash badge.

I decorated the Boardwalk area for Halloween, and I now find that my Halloween Decorations are gone.

When I checked the Holiday tab in Supplies, the Halloween Decorations that I purchased are not there, which they should be with a dimmed "Sold Out" purchase button.
