Snowbird Solitaire Issue - cards won't turn

Level 1303 on Snowbird Solitaire won't work after taking off the top few levels.  the cards won't turn over.  Been this way for about 6 months or longer.  See other people have complained and notified  you of this issue.  Cannot proceed any further in this at this level because of the glitch.  Have to reply other levels.
