Snowbird solitaire

While playing either the cards don't turn over in the deck or at the end of the deck they are face up and you can't play.  There are also problems in other card games such as Home Story etc. We pay good money to play these games. I am really getting totally fed up with POGO and I am sure I am not the only one!

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

    I am having the same problems with Snowbird Solitaire and other games.  The cards don't flip over so you cannot finish the game.  If this keeps happening, we won't be renewing our POGO accounts.

    Having a issue too.   Its cove 461  leaves one card it will not turn over.   I lost power ups trying to get this level.  I have done all the cleaning.   Defrag  up dates  on windows.  Can you please fix.   I hate using power ups to win a challenge on old levels.    Come on and believe us.

    I've also done all of the clearing, restarting, etc. + tried the game on multiple devices. Snowbird Solitaire has problems. I'm stuck on Cove Level 379/380 and cannot get two cards to flip so I can move forward. Please fix it. This is getting really annoying.
