I reached level 46 in the current constellation, and after selecting the 60 farm supplies from the purchased pass rewards, the supplies did not show up in my game. When I refreshed Farm Valley, my farm supplies were at 40 of 40, so the constellation rewards did not show up. I refreshed a few more times to see if it was just slow to add, but the reward supplies were never added.
It's a glitch and Pogo is well aware of it, it has been discussed in the regular Forums on the actual Pogo game site, quite a lot. We all know it's a glitch but Pogo has never seen fit to correct it. Merge Academy has been that way since the game first appeared at Pogo and it seems that Farm Merge is the same. Before you claim any rewards from the constellation or the daily sign in, you have to go to the game and play off the number of energy or crates that you are getting. If you are sitting at the max (100 for Merge Academy, 40 for Farm Merge) it won't reward it. You have to use up enough to get your amount to less than the exact amount of your reward. It's idiotic, it's defeatist, we've discussed it repeatedly, but that's the only way to claim your rewards and have them count. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like Pogo is never going to deal with it. I guess they figure they are still giving you something free, but it doesn't allow for you to save it for later if you want to. In-game rewards seem to be the only way you can build up crates or energy so that it actually accrues over the max.
