Solitaire Home Store Crashing/Loading issues

Its Sept 19 2025 and the game Solitaire Home Story will not load it crashes the second it loads. I have emptied cache and history and tried what EA told me to do with no luck. I have windows 11. I checked if any windows updates could be the cause and deleted those recent updates and even did a system restore with no luck. ALL other games on Pogo work but his one and of course it would have to be one I recently got addicted to lol  .... can anyone suggest any other ideas I could attempt? Thanks.  Cynthia K./O420SID
