Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games.

Come on EA, you have made it very difficult to contact support and now the only way to get any help is to post in the forums. My game has been stuck on the same screen now for 4 days. Even if I launch the game on my cell phone it is frozen. This is unacceptable as I have been a paid member for almost 30 years. I paid for the season pass and now I can't even play the challenges or any badge that was gifted to me. HELP!!
