Trizzle freezing

Trizzle freezes for me, too.  I have tried going through Microsoft browser and through the Chrome browser, and I get the same result, but I am able to play on my husbands computer. 

I can't get it to work on any platform even with my cache cleared. Not happy because I won't be able to get the next badge. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of any pogo help. 

I couldn't get Trizzle to play on my new laptop, my PC or my phone all with updated windows etc. Cleared cache etc. keeps locking up on the start. Spoke to tech for days on end. I finally grabbed my old tablet that has not been updated in years and guess what? It played fine on there. Told tech what happened and they still told me to update etc. they ignored what I told them and that was many months ago. They still have not fixed the problem and just ignore anything I tell them. 

I feel your pain.  I have been dealing with the same thing byt with Mahjong Sanctualy and am missing out on so many pogi's it is crazy.  For nearly 6 weeks I keep getting the same emails back from help and have had no luck here at the forums either.

Trizzle has been one of the challenges twice this week. BOTH times, I've had the same issue as you. Can't play it. I've had this same problem once in the past. You would think, for as much as we pay to play on Club Pogo, that they could hire programmers to keep the games running smoothly. And just try to contact EA. IMPOSSIBLE! Considering canceling my membership. And I've been a member for about 20 years! I guess they've gotten enough of my money, so they don't care!

I had the same problem for  months. I ran across a post in here that said to change your display setting. Right click on the home screen choose display settings, go to advanced display and change that  60 hz ... that work for me. then I changed back to the regular display setting after I got the badge.

I was just coming on to here to report this same problem!  Please Help I love this game!
