Hi. The game starts up and then you can hit the reward - following the girl comes out and I hit the button - all of a sudden it is no longer downloading - can't play at all.
I'm playing on Mac Book Pro - I'm using TUSK browser. I've tried several times to reset the game and went all the way to restarting my MacBook several times but the same issue keeps happening.

Ok... it might be the browser you're using. Could you test this on Safari, Firefox, or Chrome?

You mentioned you were playing on TUSK browser. That might be the issue, as TUSK isn't one of the supported browsers for Pogo. Could you test this on Safari, Firefox, or Chrome?
