I did everything you suggested. No matter what browser I use the game is stuck exactly in the same place as the screen shot I provided. My computer and browser meet the requirements. I can play all the other games without an issue.

If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...

- @EA_Illium I already sent a screen shot. I use a Lenovo Thinkpad. My browser is Chrome. No error message, it just says tap to continue. There is another thread about this very same issue. Frozen on Tap to Continue and several players have indicated they are experiencing the same issue. Poor guy reported his issue over a month ago! This is just not right!
